Set gently into the contours of the landscape, the house unfolds as a series of layered planes that mediate between earth, vegetation, and sky. Stone retaining walls anchor the architecture to the terrain, while lighter volumes appear to hover above, opening outward through deep overhangs, terraces, and screens that filter light, views, and time. The project is conceived as a dialogue with its setting: architecture not imposed, but revealed through careful subtraction, alignment, and proportion. Materiality is restrained yet expressive—stone, timber, glass, and shadow working together to frame moments of inhabitation and pause.
